Meet our Chef

Yannis Cornaros is the man behind our original dishes that make our menu so special. He has almost 20 years of experience in many well-known restaurants in Crete (including "ALFREDO", "ΕY KOYZIN" and "Pepe Nero"). During the last 5 years he has been sharing his cooking experience and passion for new recipes with the younger generation, teaching in one of the most established cooking schools in Heraklion.

Our Pastry Chef

Spyros Pediaditakis has been working in pastry-making since he was 18. In 2016, he became the Head Pastry Chef in the restaurant Spondi (2 * Michelin) in Athens. He was given the title of Pastry Chef of the year in 2019 form FNL awards and Pastry Chef of the year in 2020 from Gault & Millau Hellas. Today, he offers a range of services, such as guidance, training and coaching of staff in restaurants. Spyros is one of the ambassadors of Cacao Barry Chocolate, sharing his love for chocolate with the whole world.
